She is an abstract colourist blending her passion for faces with the mischievousness of <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" title=\"Pop Art\" href=\"http:\/\/arthistory.about.com\/od\/modernarthistory\/a\/Pop-Art-Art-History-101-Basics.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Pop Art<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Describe your art in a sentence.<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bold, striking, spontaneous and captivating, my works reflects the fact that painting liberates my passion and energy.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Who or what inspired you to become an artist?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I was born into a family of artists &amp; I couldn\u2019t escape it.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0What is your favourite medium to paint in and why?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a title=\"Acrylic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eckersleys.com.au\/products\/art\/paints\/acrylic-paints\" target=\"_blank\">Acrylic<\/a> because it is water soluble and is fantastic for my personality, I\u2019m one that doesn\u2019t like to watch paint dry for too long.\u00a0<\/i><i>Its vibrancy is another thing I love.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What music do you listen to while painting?<br \/>\n<i>ES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Electronic, <a title=\"French Music\" href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverfrance.net\/France\/DF_music.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">French music <\/a>(even though I can\u2019t sing to the words) but for its sultry nature &amp; instrumental music also\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tell our readers something about yourself that may surprise them?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ES:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <i>I have one <a title=\"One Green Eye &amp; One Brown Eye\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scientificamerican.com\/article.cfm?id=how-does-someone-get-two\" target=\"_blank\">green eye &amp; one brown eye.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What are your favourite colours on the palette?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I love a splash of <a title=\"Red\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bourncreative.com\/meaning-of-the-color-red\/\" target=\"_blank\">red<\/a>\u2026 I love the graphic nature of black and white with a touch of a striking <a title=\"Blue\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sensationalcolor.com\/color-meaning\/color-meaning-symbolism-psychology\/all-about-the-color-blue-4322\" target=\"_blank\">blue<\/a> or <a title=\"Green\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sensationalcolor.com\/color-meaning\/color-meaning-symbolism-psychology\/all-about-the-color-green-4309#.UpVjSlLxt9A\" target=\"_blank\">green<\/a>\u2026 such as in the eyes\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What is your favourite quote or saying?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2018Art is what you can get away with\u2019 <a title=\"Andy Warhol\" href=\"http:\/\/www.biography.com\/people\/andy-warhol-9523875\" target=\"_blank\">Andy Warhol<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What do you hang on your walls?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other artists work mainly\u2026Esther Erlich, Micheal Keller, Wolfgang Lammie, Kim Kennedy, Ross Tamlin, Julie Reeves and the list goes on, there are a few <a title=\"Em\" href=\"http:\/\/www.redhillgallery.com.au\/EmmaSheldrake2013.html\" target=\"_blank\">EM<\/a>\u2019s that got in the mix too.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>AC:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What advice would you give a client purchasing a piece of your art?<\/strong><br \/>\n<i><strong>ES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Simply enjoy it &amp; know that the energy left within it is all joy.
